Terms of Service – Cloud Orchard

Welcome to Cloud Orchard store! By using our website and placing an order, you agree to these Terms of Service. Please read them carefully.

1. General

Cloud Orchard is operated by Cloud Orchard store, registered in Poland.
We reserve the right to update these Terms at any time. The latest version will always be posted here.

2. Eligibility

You must be at least 18 years old or have parental/guardian consent to place an order.

3. Products & Pricing

All prices are shown in national currency of the corresponding country and include/exclude VAT depending on your location.
We do our best to display colors, sizes, and details accurately, but slight variations may occur due to screen settings or manufacturing.
We reserve the right to correct pricing errors, cancel orders affected by them, and refund you fully.

4. Ordering & Payment

An order is only confirmed once you receive an order confirmation email.
We accept payments via Shopify Payments, PayPal, credit/debit cards.
You are responsible for any customs duties, taxes, or import fees in your country.

5. Shipping

Shipping times and costs are displayed at checkout.
Risk of loss passes to you once the package is handed to the carrier.
We are not responsible for delays caused by the carrier or customs.

6. Returns & Refunds

You have 7 days from receiving your order to return unworn, unwashed items with original tags attached (currently available only for US)
Sale/final sale items are non-returnable (clearly marked on product pages).
Return shipping costs are paid by the customer unless the item is faulty or we sent the wrong product.
Refunds are issued to the original payment method within 5-7 business days of receiving the return.

7. Exchanges

We do not accept exchanges of any kind.

8. Intellectual Property

All content on this website (photos, text, logos, designs) is owned by Cloud Orchard or used with permission. You may not copy or use it without written consent.

9. Limitation of Liability

To the fullest extent permitted by law, Cloud Orchard is not liable for indirect, incidental, or consequential damages. Our total liability will not exceed the amount you paid for the product(s) in question.
